Bruce S. Secrist Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Bruce S. Secrist (Iron Mountain, Michigan). Bruce, born on January 1, 1941, passed away on October 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Secrist and Ann Secrist (Ayotte); his siblings, Edward "Sonny" Secrist, Marvin "Choppy" Secrist, Roger Secrist, Arlene Hyland and Doris "Chickie" Hoynacke; his parents-in-law, Jack and Marie Hannula; and his son-in-law Chuck Munk.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hannula; his children, Natalie McCauley (Tim), Kellie Sexton and Brett Secrist (Danielle Chartier); his siblings, Donald Secrist (Barbara) and Connie Secrist (Dwight Bosselman); his grandchildren, Kim, Ellen McCauley, Kyle, Shawn, Olivia Sexton, Corey Williams, Matthew Secrist, Ashley Munk and Brittany Aspelund; and his great grandchildren, Kinnley, Kora, Zeke and Lexi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Erickson-Rochon and Nash Funeral Home (901 Carpenter Ave, Iron Mountain, MI 49801). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bruce's memory to the Kingsford Flivver JV Football Team.
