She was predeceased by : her mother Karen Schultz (South). She is survived by : her father Raymond Schultz; her children, Kyle Seipp (Ashley Oltman) of Elgin, Kurt Seipp of Schaumburg, Ill. and Katelynd Schmidt (Tony) of St. Germain, Wisc.; her siblings, Thomas Schultz (Bobbie Jean) of Bolingbrook, Ill. and Charlene Korpics (Frank); the father of her children Eric P. Seipp of Elgin, Ill.; her grandchildren, Nolan, Elsa, Lydia, Jeremiah and Jackson; and her boyfriend Hank DeClark. She is also survived by many nieces; and nephews.
