He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Cain; his brother Gary W Spilker; and his son Steven Edward Cain. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cain; his son James "Corey" Cain (Rachel); his grandchildren, Maddy, Mason, Miles, James, Samuel and Henry Cain; and his sisters, Cindy Cale and Beverly Brown. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
