With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles D. Munk of Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Anna Woodham, Charles Munk (June) and Mary Munk; and his pets, Rocko and Lucy.
He is survived by: his parents, John Munk and Molly Munk of Stevensville, MT; his wife Kellie Secrist-Sexton; his children, Ashley Munk (Connor) of Wasilla, AK, Kyle Sexton (Becca) of Marquette, MI, Shawn Sexton of Philadelphia, PA, Brittany Aspelund (Zack) of Rosemount, MN and Olivia Sexton (Jacob) of Kingsford, MI.; his grandchildren, Kinnley, Kora, Zeke and Lexi; his sister Cindy Hogberg (Hal) of Spokane, WA; his in-laws, Bruce, Marlene Secrist of Niagara, WI, Natalie McCauley (Tim) of Kingsford, MI and Brett Secrist (Nel) of Powers, MI; and his pets, Yeti and Sammy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and more friends.
Donations may be made in Chuck's memory to either the Dickinson County Cancer Unit Loan Closet or the Almost Home Animal Shelter.
