She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Steve Fleming; and her grandparents, Roger, Kathleen Duchaine and Eldon Paquin. She is survived by: her parents, Caryn Carlson (Duchaine) and Kerry Paquin; her husband Matthew J. Fleming; her children, Addison, Olivia, Jolie, Meira, Maddox, Finn and Mari; her sister Sarah Grignon (Daniel); her mother-in-law Teri Fleming; her grandmother Phyllis Paquin; and her brothers-in-law, Aaron Fleming (Kelsey) and Nathan Fleming. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
