David H. DeGroot Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David H. DeGroot of Iron Mountain, Michigan, born in Norway, Michigan, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry DeGroot and Josephine DeGroot (Roggeman); and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Fornetti; his daughters, Heather Hiatt (Eric) of Iron Mountain and Tara Herr (Edward) of Bloomfield Hills, MI; his grandchildren, Addison and Logan Herr; his sisters, Jane Carlson (Daniel) of Quinnesec and Linda St (Gregory); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Fornetti (Matthew Hecimovich) and Diane DeGroot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
