He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Johnson and Blanche Johnson (Fayas); his brother Kenneth Johnson; and his in-laws, Blanche and Raymond Schettler.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schettler; his siblings, Marvin Johnson (Charlene), Barbara Casperson (Marvin) and Karen Johnson (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, Paula Johnson, Beverly Zollner (Philip) and Jack Schettler (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International or the Almost Home Animal Shelter.
