She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Guth and Elda Guth (Orr); and her siblings, Jim, David Guth and Lois Maynard.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Smukowski; and her children, Terry Raiche (Nancy) and Patti Bellmore (Mark). She is also survived by six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
