It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert W. Gingrass of Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Gingrass and Betty Gingrass (Jenkins); his sister Shari Wallner; his parents-in-law, Margaret and Robert Bandt, Sr.; his brother-in-law Robert Bandt, Jr.; and his nephew David Bandt.

He is survived by : his wife Peggy Bandt; his daughters, Alexis Vicenzi (Tony) of Iron Mountain and Jennifer Nepper (Brett) of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Tessa, Harper, Quinn and Oliver; his siblings, Jack Gingrass (Sue) of Iron Mountain and Mary Henderson (Ray); and his brother-in-law Dan Wallner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

After receiving a kidney from a donor in 2007, Bob was a strong advocate for organ donation.
