We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2023, at the age of 92, Rose Marie Pedo of Iron Mountain, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Augusto Priante and Lucia Priante (Bevilaqua); her daughter Rosalie Bluekamp; her siblings, Joseph Priante, Alice Marchi (Dominic), Lucy Pataconi (Bill), Joyce Chapman (John), Gloria Reese (Kayo) and Janet Santini (Marvin); and her brothers-in-law, Bob Pedo and Roger Pedo.

She is survived by : her husband Don; her children, Teresa Fortier (John) of Iron Mountain and Louis Pedo of Big Bend, WI; her son-in-law Doug Bluekamp of Iron Mountain; her grandchildren, Dana Cook (Mike) of Mequon, WI, Jenna Buckley (Todd) of Waterford, WI, Kyle Fortier (Jackie) of Iron Mountain and Nathan Bluekamp of Iron Mountain; her sister Sue Reath; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Pedo and Rachel Struck. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary & St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rose's memory.

Daniel Pedo lit a candle

“In loving memory of Rose Marie Pedo, With deepest sympathies. You guys together for over 70 years. What an honor to God, I was glad to spend time with Aunty Rose before she passed. She thanked me a few weeks ago for coming to visit her at Evergreen and she always told me to come over anytime! Uncle Don is going to miss her the most. Just so you know, Uncle Don know that we will all be there for you, this is the hardest time for anyone. So sorry for you loss, Uncle Don, Theresa, Louis, family.”

Connie Dennert wrote a sympathy message

“Prayers to Mr Pedo, Teresa, Louie and all who loved Mrs Pedo. We are so sorry to hear of her passing but what a blessed life she lived. I had the pleasure of growing up next door and learning many things from our cherished neighbors. So many hours spent cooking and having picnics in the backyards of Marlene Lane. You will be dearly missed but your love and joy will never be forgotten ❤️ Connie(Mehling)”
