She is survived by: her children, Jill Shields of Iron Mountain, John Shields of West Haven, UT, Philip Shields Sr. (Michele) of Escanaba, Chet Shields (Mary) of Menasha and Gregory Shields (Tracy) of Vulcan; and her grandchildren, Thomas P. Shields, Jr., Stephanie Pfotenhauer (Kristopher), Nicholas Shields (Jessie), Philip Shields Jr., Michael Shields (Jessica), Emily Kivioja (Jesse), Nathan Shields (Jessica), Anna Khanna (Justin) and Jacob Shields (Amber). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
