He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Lantinen and Hilda Lantinen; his wife Florence; his siblings, Toivo, Gust, Arnold Lantinen, Helen McMahon, Aileen Carlson, Sylvia Prussat, Alma Lund, Lillian Borgman and Alice Strom; and his son-in-law Lyle Jahnke.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vivian Shin (Backchul) of Chicago, IL, Mary Wells (David) of Merrimac, WI, Sheryl DeHart (Tim) of Appleton, WI, Donna Jahnke of Abrams, WI and Bette Wilz (Gary) of Appleton, WI; and his grandchildren, Miiri Kotche (Glenn), Jaimii Moroni (Mark), Donn Shin (Nina), Sherry Latty (Lloyd), Kirsten Veach (Kevin), Erika DeHart (Doug Lindow), Jeff Jahnke (Jessica), Shaun Jahnke (Jennifer Whittemore), Russ Wilz (Danette), Aaron Wilz (Kayshia) and Elizabeth Hart (Jared). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to Salvation Army, Shriners Children's Hospital or the Homestead Baptist Church.
