He is survived by: his children, Thomas Jr. Smukowski (Kim), James Smukowski, Raymond Smukowski (Jennifer), Todd Smukowski (Danielle Wu) and Tara Lee Smukowski. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Erickson-Rochon and Nash Funeral Home (901 Carpenter Ave, Iron Mountain, MI 49801). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Quinnesec Cemetery (4651 Menominee St, Quinnesec, MI 49876).
