He was predeceased by : his parents, John Uhazie and Jennie Uhazie (Peterson); his brothers, Robert and James Uhazie; and his sisters-in-law, Fanny Uhazie, Marlene Uhazie and Myrna Hicks.
He is survived by : his wife Dorleen Uhazie (Bilski); his sons, Dr. Perry Uhazie, Darryl Uhazie (Patti) and Kenneth Uhazie; his grandsons, Tyler of Alyssa, P. J. and Collin; and his brother-in-law Bruce Hicks. He is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
