It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Joyce Pollock of Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Remus and Bertha Remus (Sackmann); her husband Ken Pollock; her brothers-in-law, Terry Renner, John Fyke and Lyle Weis; her parents-in-law, Edgar and Luella Pollock; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Pollock, June Pollock, Florence Shivy and Ernie Shivy.
She is survived by: her children, Karen (Sam), Ron (Brenda), Tim (Rebecca) and Nathan; her grandchildren, Andrew, Erica, Abby, Jacob, Zachary, Nikki and Ryan; and her siblings, Dona Fyke, Ron Remus (Debbie) and Darlene Renner. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren.
