He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Barbara Kunchynski, Lester and Rose Brinker; his aunts, Doty Chapin (Brinker) and Jean Kunchynski; his uncle Lance Brinker; his cousin Darren Skaleski; and his pets, Sparky, Sully and Skippy.
He is survived by: his parents, Don Kunchynski and Diane Kunchynski (Brinker); his brother Dean Kunchynski; his pet Dexter Lee Kunchynski; his aunts and uncles, Kim, Gary Kunchynski and Mike Kunchynski; his cousins, Dan Skaleski, Doreen Mitchell, Dana Guns, Drew Skaleski, Jenny Nowicki, Delaney Dobson, Shelly Purdy and Sherry Blanchett; and his close friends, Kelly Sartorelli, Patty Steinberg, Beth Basirico and Jennifer Schive.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship will be set up in David’s memory with information to follow.
