With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Tucker of Iron River, Michigan, who passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Evelyn leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johan Arntson and Mabel Arntson (Nelson); and her husband Jack C. Tucker. She is survived by: her children, Gerald Tucker (Vickie) of Iron, MN, Steven Tucker (Sue) of Hurricane, UT, Sharon Dedo (Mike) of Iron River, MI, Barbara Tucker (late Bob Fox) of Virginia, MN and Carol Timbrook (Bernie) of Monroe, GA; and her sister Genevieve Baumeister of Minnesota. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one-great-great-granddaughter; extended family.
