He was predeceased by: his father John A. Michalek. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Michalek (Czaja); his wife Donna Laramie; and his siblings, Michael Michalek of Taylor, MI, Joseph Michalek of Taylor, MI and Sandra Neu (Ronald) of Taylor, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
