With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Ann James (Iron River, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2025 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Ann James to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moore and Josie Moore; her husband Bob; her daughter Nancy Russo; and her siblings, Joe, Stan, Lenore and Frank "Fritz".
She is survived by: her children, Bruce (Gretchen Ratzloff) and Peg Angeli (Rick); her son-in-law Tom Russo; her grandchildren, Matt, Ashley Russo, Mark, Teri Russo, Kristen and Rob James; her great grandchildren, Maisey, Nate, MacKenzie, Anthony, Carmello, Calligaro Russo and Logan James; and her friend Earl.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Inc. of Iron River (405 W Cayuga St, Iron River, MI 49935). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (702 N 4th Ave, Iron River, MI 49935).
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Iron River Senior Center Activities and the St. Agnes Altar Society.
