He is survived by : his children, Robert Vassar Jr. (Jeannette), Robin Vassar, Kelly Vassar (Jim) and Jacqueline Nylund (Bob); and his grandchildren, Brent Alimenti, Misty Vassar (Jesse), Rod Nylund and Samantha Fittante (Tyler).
