He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Stapleton and Donna Stapleton (Tyler); and his daughters, Sharon "Shari" and Ronni Stapleton. He is survived by: his son Robert Stapleton of Iron River; his girlfriend Barbara Moore of Iron River; and his siblings, Harley Stapleton of Texas, Carl Stapleton of Peru, IN and Brenda Reffitt of Rochester, IN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family.
