She was predeceased by: her husband John William Blazek; her parents, Nellie Kabur and Peter Kabur; and her siblings, Ann, Helen Klement, Evelyn Reichert, Bernice Cook, Lillian MacEachern, Stanley, Henry and Joey Klement.
She is survived by: her children, John Blazek (Mary Jo), Patricia Blazek, Mary Sauch (Thomas) and Lilian Blazek; her grandchildren, Amber Biscardi, Lauren Sanchez (Mike), Dawn Predium (Lionel), Natalie, Nicole Sauch, Peter Melican (Emily) and Daniel Melican; and her great grandchildren, Leah, Zoe Biscardi, Brodie Sanchez, Ella and Xavier Predium.
