He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Fredrick "Fred" Tezak and Mary Cecelia Tezak (Bolich); and his siblings, Deloris Tezak (late Paul) and John Tezak (Carole). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Lois Tezak (Courtney); his children, Debra Ann Glenn (Bill), Steven Fredrick Tezak (Cristy) and Jeffery Dean Tezak (Beth); his brother Thomas Tezak (Kari); and his sister-in-law Carole Tezak (late John). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
