He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ives and Leona Ives (Quade); and his son Kevin Ives. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Ives; his sister Jolee Herrmann; his former wife Darlene Ives; and his grandchildren, Heather White, Brianna Davis, Logan Gray-Ives, Landon Gray-Ives, Aiyana Gray-Ives, Leonna Spoehr and Lato Ives. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
