He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Silc and Minnie Silc; his wife Julie Morgan Silc of Marquette; and his son Andrew Morgan Silc. He is survived by: his son-in-law Dr. Bryan Nakfoor; his grandchildren, Morgan and Grant Nakfoor of Inverness; his sisters, Gloria Aykroyd and Linda Paul; and his friend Helen Slining. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of his late son, Andrew Morgan Silc.
