He is survived by: his children, Matthew Smith (Rora) of Spring, Texas, Johan Bjorkquist (Lara) of Aurora, Colorado, Angelica Van Goor (Justin) of Columbia, Missouri and Kara Bucknell (Chad) of Bessemer, Michigan; his brother Albert Bjorkquist; his former wife Caroline Bjorkquist of Mercer, Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Sloane, Madison Smith, Brynn, Caleb Bjorkquist, Erik, Autumn, Abigail Van Goor, Kailey and Victor Bucknell.
