She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl and Mary Proctor Sr. (Ferrari); her husband Gerald Smith Sr.; and her brother Ronald Proctor. She is survived by: her sons, John Smith (Kim) of Fifield, WI, Gerald Smith (Sue) of Ironwood and Steve Smith (Nicole) of Hurley; her son-in-law Greg Zalewski of Ironwood; her siblings, George Proctor of Oklahoma and Eldora Paczesny of Arizona; her sisters-in-law, Denise Proctor, Karen Smith and Ann Sain; and her pet Maddie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
