He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Slizewski and Virginia Slizewski (Biernacki); and his brother Gerald. He is survived by : his children, Daniel (Cynthia), Scott (Candice), Robert and Krysta; his former life partner Kathi; his sisters, Kathy and Shirley; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Blair Reglin, Nadia and Preston Slizewski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
