She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Valela (Donato) and Frank Valela; her husband R. Pete Carlson; her in-laws, John "Cowboy" and Elaine Carlson; her siblings, Joseph Valela, Bruno Valela, Mary Jacobson, Theresa Bertucci and Clara Joseph; and her siblings-in-law, John "Yogi" Carlson (Sandi), Norman Carlson and Ann LaCosse.
She is survived by: her children, John Carlson (Jacki), Elaine Lancour, Ray Carlson (Wendy), Frank Carlson (Kelly), Dan Carlson (Kathleen), Steve Carlson (Nancy) and Ann Christesen (Dane); her grandchildren, Emily Carlson, David Lancour, Shaylee Anderson (Ray), Vincente Carlson (Bethany), Wyatt Carlson, Justin Hatch, Zach Carlson, Kelli Blade (Tony), Derek Carlson, Peter Carlson, Lonnie Hess (Morgan), Anthony Carlson (Fred Macatula), Rocco Carlson (Elizabeth Williams), Seth McClees (Joseph), Cheryl Carlson, Mary Carlson, Caleb Christesen, Nicholas Christesen and Myra Brien; her great grandchildren, Sebastian Carlson, Rose Blade, Emmett, Isaiah Hess, Arthur, Juliet Anderson and Gabriel Brien; and her brother-in-law Ross Carlson (Barbara). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
