He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walfred Mattson and Lyme Mattson (Brompsi); his wife Judy Erickson; his children, Denise Zielinski (Mark), Carl Albert (Michelle), Jackie Etelamaki (Craig) and Chris Mattson (Casey); and his grandchildren, Misty, Amy, Jennifer, Matthew, Phillip, Katrina, Dylan, Katie and Zach. He was also cherished by 14 great-grandchildren.
