Gilford C. Perry Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gilford C. Perry Sr. of Ishpeming, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2025 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gilford C. Perry Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Perry and Myrtle Perry; his brother Bruce Perry; and his brother-in-law Herb Ladin. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Perry (Jane) of Casper, WY and Gilford Perry (Donna) of Marquette; his grandchildren, Matthew Perry (Jenn), Jed Perry, Jacob Perry (Ashley), Trinity Messamer (Kevin), Leah Perry and Bethany Porter (Walter); and his sister Beverly Ladin of Escanaba. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bjork and Zhulkie Funeral Home (400 N 3rd St, Ishpeming, MI 49849). The military honors will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Ishpeming Cemetery (1705 N 2nd St, Ishpeming, MI 49849).
