He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kari; his son Brad Solomon (Rachel); his grandsons, Dylan Solomon (Kaiden O'Neill), Tyler Solomon and Jack Manier; his siblings, Dave Kangas (Jackie), Jim Solomon (Mary Jo Thompson), Diana Peterson and Priscilla Hammond (Brian); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Kari, Mavis Wiitanen (John) and Mary Beth Kari. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
