She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harry Snell and Myrtle Rhea Snell (Beatty); her husband Richard Hautamaki Sr.; her daughter Catherine Henderson; and her siblings, Ida Rochon, Carol Rochon, Clara Dube, Ruby Tuttila, Lois Jandreau, John Harry Snell and William Snell.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Hautamaki (Dawn) of Vernal, Utah and Connie Harper of Ishpeming, Michigan; and her siblings, Shirley Dehner (Carl) of Champion, Marceline Treloar of Ishpeming, Nancy Misale (Tony) of Countryside, Illinois, Joseph Snell (Memorie) of Champion and Larry Snell of Ishpeming, Michigan.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home (400 N 3rd St, Ishpeming, MI 49849). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Northland Chapel (239 Midway Dr, Negaunee, MI 49866).
