He is survived by: his wife Juanita Laksonen (Camilon); his children, Anna Kutchie (Jason), Ian Laksonen (NeTanya Reichel) and Melissa Laksonen (Kyle Heikkila); his grandsons, Carter, Otto, Aiden and Tristan; and his siblings, Richard Laksonen (Lori) and Ruth Perucco. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Koskey Funeral Home (106 W Main St, Negaunee, MI 49866). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
