He is survived by: his mother Darlene Koch (Pleau); his wife Roxy Koch (McClure); his daughter Maddalen Koch; his sister Tammi Johns (Clayton); his nieces, Kenzie Johns and Emily Vial; his nephew Cody Johns; his mother-in-law Assunta McClure; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Vial and Michael Vial.
