He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Goldsworthy and Linda Goldsworthy (Aho). He is survived by: his son Jack Goldsworthy (Samantha Wiggins); his siblings, Mick Goldsworthy and Tracy Willey (Jeremy Herman); his stepsister Brenda Steve (Peter Puska); his nephews, Walter, Duane Goldsworthy, Scott Jr., Derek and Pookie Willey; and his niece Melinda Willey. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
