He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Latha and Eva May Brooks (Cox); his daughter Sheila Brooks; his sister Allene Wells; and his great grandchild Roman Elijah Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Twila C. Brooks (Martin); his former wife Claudia Brooks; his children, Tanya Hokom (Wayne) of Hawaii, Tony Brooks of Hawaii, Troy Brooks of Washington, Ray Omit of Oregon, Carrie Hutchinson (Mark) of Ishpeming, MI and Phil Haines (Carol) of Idaho; his grandchildren, Jon Wright of Hawaii, Dan Fannin (Pei Wen) of Washington, Clinton Haines of Oregon, Sheila Rae Omit of Oregon, Airin Hokom (Arlyn), AJ Jeffs of Oregon, Eva Watkins of Washington, Elizabeth Fannin (Reed Pierce) of Colorado and Hannah Brooks of Washington; his great grandchildren, Amori Yelton, Corbin Omit and Andre Hokom; and his sister Jackie Wills (Tyke) of Idaho.
