She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Praski and Kay Praski (Kurtz). She is survived by: her daughters, Emily LaChapelle-Mumm (Brad) and Willow LaChapelle; her siblings, Pat Praski (Kim), Mike Praski (Susan) and Jill White; her mother-in-law Colleen LaChapelle; her friend Carolann Woodruff; and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
