William Podner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Podner of Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on May 25, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Luoto and Dorothy Luoto (Isaacson); his son Brandon; and his brother Richard Podner. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Podner; his daughters, Michelle Laitala (Bud) of Negaunee and Danielle Nault (Shane) of Ishpeming; his grandchildren, Liam, Kenley Laitala, Nolan and Eilee Nault; and his siblings, Steven Luoto of Chassell, Christine Vezzetti (Fred) of Detroit, Susan Luoto of West Branch and Cathy Fox (Don) of Manistique.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Negaunee Elks Lodge (107 N Pioneer Ave, Negaunee, MI 49866).
