Hoffman (Jerome); her husband Keith Johnson; her son James Johnson (Jodi); her brothers, Richard Hindenlang and Brian Hindenlang (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Bradley Harjes and Chase Harjes; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa Shrader, Melissa Neurohr, Matthew Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Tim Hindenlang, Andrew Hindenlang, Ben Hindenlang, Scott Hindenlang and Alan Hindenlang.
