He was predeceased by: his brother Jeff Goostrey; and his brother-in-law John Allen. He is survived by: his children, Morgan Lambert (Rich), Shawn Goostrey (Rachel) and Jordon Goostrey (Debra Rose); his grandchildren, Grace, Samuel, Vivian, Maggie Rose, Jonah, McKenzie (Casey), Jacob, Dylan, Carter (Eryn), Christian and Tyler; his great grandchild Laney; and his siblings, Nancy Allen, Stephen Goostrey (A. B.), Susan Jane Hutchinson (Tim) and Lisa Goostrey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Homes (1333 E Center St, Ithaca, MI 48847). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
