He was predeceased by : his father Julius Moravik; and his son John Moravik II. He is survived by : his mother Maxine Moravik; his significant other Alma Martin; his daughters, Jodie, Juliet, Jennifer and Jessica; and his siblings, Vicky Dyer, David Moravik, Lorrie Bell, Tim Moravik and Kim Hartman. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
