He was predeceased by : his parents, LaVier Wentz and Mildred Wentz (Hart); and his sister Cheryl. He is survived by : his daughter Crystal; his cousin Faye Biddinger (Penny Frasle); and his duck hunting buddy Chris. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
