She was predeceased by : her parents, Elvis Shook and Erma Shook (Turney); and her brothers, Jerry Shook, Steve Shook and Dan Shook.

She is survived by : her children, Brad Shaw (Mechelle) of Ithaca, MI, Chad Shaw (Jill) of Shepherd, MI, Joey Shaw of Punta Gorda, FL and John Shaw (Emily) of Wyoming, MI; her sister Cindy Whitmill (Bob); her sisters-in-law, Sherry Shook and Brenda Shook; her grandchildren, Bryan (Renan), Paige, Skylar (Kennedy), Brayden (Joie), Kerstyn, Lilly, Charlotte and Nora Shaw; her former life partner Lawrence Shaw; her family, Linda Flora, Jamey and Heather Conn; and her grandchildren, Dallas and Jackson Conn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barden Funeral Home (225 W Center St, Ithaca, MI 48847). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
