He is survived by: his wife Linda Maxwell; his children, Cheryl Colburn (Van), Cindi Trebian (Mark), Becky Rummer (Rick), Patty Allen (Brent) and Phil Maxwell, Jr. (Wendy); his sister Ruth Wymer; and his grandchildren, Brad Hallock (Michelle), Chad Hallock (Jenni), Tim Colburn (Alyssa), Jordan Hanline, Keenen Rummer (Sitera), Tyler Allen (Claire), Brook Irani (Keith), Luke Maxwell and Samantha Rodriguez (Logan). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
