He is survived by: his wife Helen Collie; his son Conrad Hayes (Sherry) of Ithaca, MI; his grandchildren, Savana and Aubriel; his child Ryan Hayes (Suzi) of Berrien Springs, MI; his grandchildren, Carter, Christiana and Cadance; his children, Shannon Brown (Bill) of Alma, MI, Laurel (Maverick), Michael, Izabelle and Olivia; and his siblings, Kenneth Hayes, Richard Hayes and Rosalie Davis.

Memorials may be made to the Ithaca Seventh-day Adventist Church.
