He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy; and his wife Ann. He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Chris), Mark (Paula) and Jay (Kim); and his grandchildren, Blake, Hunter (Kelli) and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Cascades Humane Society would be appreciated.
