In the vast expanse of eternity, Amanda Jane shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Amanda Jane farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Brad; her children, Alex and Raegan; her parents, Dave Raker and Jane Raker; and her siblings, Carolyn (Steve Ewing), Dave (Nicole Raker), Susie Raker, Burt (Tammy Buelow) and Ashley Buelow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home (40 S Manning St, Hillsdale, MI 49242).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to support the education of her children.
