He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Arthur Kuhl and Margaret Kuhl; and his siblings, Bob, Bill, Jim Kuhl and Phyllis Olivia.
He is survived by: his children, Margie Galardi (Tom), Katy Page (Mo), Cindy Miller (Mark), Susie Everest (James) and John Kuhl; his grandchildren, Mickey Zippay, Kellie Berkemeier (Michael), Jackie Gregory (Chad), Maury Page (Chelsea), Mark Miller (Sarah), John Miller (Tina), Mandy Weaver (Dan), Jason Kuhl (Kelly), Jordy Kuhl, Korey Kuhl, Jennifer Wright, Heather Lowder and Josh Lowder; his great grandchildren, Brady, Patrick, Mara, Audrey Berkemeier, Cade, Brodie Gregory, Nolan, Ryleigh Page, Brannon, Brynn, Braelynn Miller, Leyla, Logan Miller, Coye, Zoey, Tess Weaver, Milo Kuhl, Levi and Emma Wright; his siblings, Dick Kuhl (Shirley) and Mary Helen Kwaske; and his sisters-in-law, Joan and Mary Kuhl. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
