He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Edizine Lewis (Risner). He is survived by: his children, Stacy Redmer (Brian), Brandi Vance, Jamie Lewis and Chris Banovic; his grandchildren, Taylor, Austin, Kylee, Marissa, Connor, Grant and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Olivia and Oaklynn; and his siblings, Paula Patrick-Kimball, Billy Lewis (Sharon), Rhonda Loy (Jim) and Jeff Lewis (Cloe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
